My Life So far..

Here we are again at 5 am, looking for clues to solve the big mystery online.  Fevilish stumbled upon this game called "Mystery Case Files:Raventhearst" & we both kinda got stuck on it.

This game is basically a "Find the Clue" kinda game which meant that we were staring at the monitor trying to find where the lizard/scissors/aztec clock etc etc within the time limit given.  Lame I know but when you have 2 sleep-deprived people playing it, it can lead to hilarious results especially when a word is given & in our minds, we assumed that it was something else.  For example, ‘Hair Clip’ was given as a clue.  So we started looking for literally a hair clip, you know, the ones girls use to clip onto their hair.  In actual fact, the game wanted us to look for a goddamn comb!!

Sigh, see, English!! Complicated! Oh..gotta go, back to the game!

Well, last night was good.  I went out with Powz,Toonz, Smartie & Chopstick Legs & we headed to Devil’s(mainly cos it wudn’t cost us much).  Before we went it, we hung out at our usual hangout in front of HRC for a few drinks to help us ‘enjoy’ the night better.

Being there brought out a lot of memories from before when we were all still in school together & we sat there for a couple of hours just laughing our asses off while reminiscing.

It’s really too bad that the rest could not make it last night.  It would have been a total blast!

As usual we took ass-loads of pretty weird picture but I guess I’ll just have to post them at a later time. 

Before I go, thanks guys for making last night fun.

Being awake for more than 20 hrs is..errrghhh!!

Only good thing about staying up till early morning are the cartoons I get to watch!!  The child in me is celebrating!

I am scared.  I am afraid of what the future might hold but I know that I mustn’t be scared or I’ll forever be stuck in a rut.  I have to face all this head-on & just do it.

Funny how all these things pop into my head only in the wee hours of the morning. 

I need a hug.  I need to be told that it’s ok to feel this way. 

I miss

(in no particular order):

1) Lucky, my alsatian that was with me since I was 16 but had to be given away when my family moved away.

2) The mango tree in the garden which had a hammock tied to it. 

4) My roller blades which were my form of exercise back then.

5) The person who taught me how to dance like a girl,the proper way to put on make-up,specifically blusher,the one who will always be the ultimate dancer to me.

6) The old MacPherson campus & all the memories of that place.

7) SC room, MDDC,Dance studio,carrom marathons.

"Unisex" toilets.

9) Long walks to nowhere.

10) Sunday morning cartoons & coffee in hand..sigh..

11) The Tree,Hatsune,Grandma’s Kitchen,Swensens,Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Dunkin Donuts,A&W.

12)  My confidantes,my bitches & pricks who are busy as hell or too far away from me.

13) Silly conversations which usually make me feel even sillier once we’re done.

14) Movie nights on the sofa with ice cream in front of me.

15) My privacy on certain things.

Plenty more…but let’s not bore the people.  Maybe I’ll continue the list another time or not.  Whatever..

I logged on to Friendster with the intention of blogging about something interesting, something that would captivate my friends when they read it(one can hope,right?!).

Then I realised that I have nothing interesting to write about. 

Nothing, Naadah, Zilch,Zero..

Sigh.

With my friends in the living room, I decided that a quick post would suffice for now.

Hanging out with friends on New Year’s Eve meant so much more than going out to anywhere in Sunny Sg(CROWDED!!) We had dinner near the beach, watched the fireworks, enjoyed each other’s company & basically had a quiet night in watching movies & chilling out. 

Now if you think that that’s lame, too bad cos I welcomed this change.  But I do miss my other friends(My freaks & geeks) that I didn’t manage to spend time with.  I promise I’ll catch up on spending ‘quality time’ with you guys.

Anyways, say bye to 2006 & hello to 2007.  Happy New Year people.
