Has anyone ever been a courier guy or girl? Well, I have officially been declared by my family to be one.
Yesterday I was given the responsibilty to accompany my grandma to KL. She has been sick for a while & mum decided that she should just go over to KL & stay with her for a bit. So it fell upon me, the eldest granddaughter to be filial & do it.
Yes, I am complaining but at least I get to see my family especially the kids. I haven’t seen them for about a year! Just spent the morning swimming & just playing around with them. Nice!
Anyways, this has got to be one of the shortest trips that I’ve taken to KL. I’m leaving hopefully for Singapore tonight. Just hope there’s tickets back 
I was officially happy last weekend!
Did loads of stuff that I haven’t done in a long, long time. While I admit that the weekend wasn’t what everyone was used to but hey, change is good sometimes.
Anyways, we were basically on Sentosa, celebrating Kepowz ’21st’ birthday.(Dream on Yetz!!!) We had booked a room at Rasa Sentosa since we planned to be there from Saturday till Sunday afternoon. The usual suspects turned up so I don’t need to name names!
After checking in, we rested for a bit before heading out to Fort Siloso. The last time that I went there, I was probably about 12 years old on a school excursion so it felt really cool! Problem was, we didn’t get to explore every tunnel, cannon, gun there were but we made do. We, being the cam whores that we are, took really inappropriate yet fun pictures of ourselves and the wax soldiers.
What better thing to do after sweating in the hot sun than to go jump in the pool?!?! So that was what we did after of course with a few drinks in hand of course! Margharitas, Long Island iced teas, Singapore Slings…mmmm…
The first night ended with cake, presents, bitching about people, X-boxing & of course, the World Cup..
Next day, new day! Of course, we got up, freshened up a lil’, then headed out to the pool for more wet fun. Of course, tanning was included since I especially needed to get some colour back into my life! Too soon after, we checked out & headed to our last destination for the day…. LUGE TIME!!
It was only until recently that Luge was introduced on the island & by is it a hot fav among people. So we got there, paid up for 4 rides, then away we went! MORE FUN!!! Even when the dude(Yes, YOU!!) were bumping and slamming into our rides! Then of course to get back on top, we had to use the Skyride..even more fun!! Well, fun if you’re not afraid of heights that is.. ^_^.
Overall, I had fun, managed to just chill out with friends..sigh..now all I want is the other break that I hope comes soon..can’t wait!
